Slate Cheese Board

Although this product is being sold as a cheese board, top chefs have also used this to present sushi and hors dovres, they feel the colour of the cheese or nibbles against the black slate really enhances the presentation of the food.All items are packaged in an attractive presentation/gift box.

Because each slate is hand crafted irregularities must be expected on the surface & edges.

Food safe lacquer has been used in this product, which brings out the detail of the slate and to stop any chipping. This gives the slate a slightly more glossy finish to the product than when walnut oil is used.Slate products should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
